Varsity Head Coach – Erika Delgado

Coach Erika Delgado graduated from East Rochester HS in 2009. She lead her team to 5 Section V titles; 3 Gold State Medals; and 1 Silver State Medal. She also played lacrosse and won a Section V Title. From 2009 to 2010 she played lacrosse at MCC where they were National Champions. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and will complete her Master’s degree in Health Education – both from The College at Brockport. In the Fall of 2013, Erika volunteered to be an assistant JV coach. That lead to the JV Head Coach position in 2014. In 2015, she coached Modified for Fairport. Coach Delgado has been an Assistant Varsity Coach since 2015. She will be Varsity Head Coach beginning with the 2017 season.

Varsity Assistant Coach – Theresa Sanna

Mrs. Sanna is a current Special Education teacher at Jefferson Avenue.
She is a Columbia H.S. (Albany area) graduate and received her B.S. from SUNY Geneseo and her Masters from Nazareth College.
She started playing field hockey in middle school and competed as a varsity player for Columbia High School.  As a student in college she participated on the club team.  She volunteered with our varsity team last fall.

Junior Varsity Coach – Kelly Collins

Kelly Collins is a 2007 graduate of Fairport High School. She played field hockey from the 7th grade Modified program onward. In 2008, she played at Taft Prep School in Watertown, CT as a post-graduate. Kelly continued to play field hockey at Oswego State where she graduated in 2012. In 2008 she was named SUNYAC Rookie of the Year. She was named to the First Team All-SUNYAC in 2008 and 2011. In 2010, she was the Oswego State Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Year. Kelly started her coaching career in 2015 as the Fairport Junior Varsity Field Hockey Coach. She also coaches the Joanna Perrin Modified Team.

Modified Coach – Megan Anthony

Coach Megan Anthony is 2010 Fairport graduate.  She started playing field hockey in the 5th grade.  She was on the varsity team for three years. In her senior year, Coach Anthony served as team captain along with being named to the All Greater Rochester and All New York State teams.  After high school, Coach Anthony played at the University of Rochester where she played in the Elite 8 of the NCAA Tournament. After suffering a career ending knee injury she took over as the team manager in her junior year. In 2015, she was the Junior Varsity coach at East Rochester and was the Varsity Assistant throughout sectionals and the State Tournament.
